Mental Health Support Workers – Oxfordshire

Location: Oxfordshire
Pay: £14.35–£16.88 per hour

We’re looking for caring, reliable and experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team and support individuals with complex mental health needs across Oxfordshire.

This is a rewarding role for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, building trust and making a difference to someone’s day-to-day life.

What experience are we looking for?

You’ll ideally have experience supporting people with:

  * Complex PTSD

  * ASD

  * Challenging behaviours

  * Complex mental health needs

Experience within healthcare, social care or complex care would be beneficial.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable due to the locations of some placements.

A valid DBS and relevant training would be advantageous. If you don’t currently have a DBS, please still get in touch to discuss the opportunities available.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll provide day-to-day support, helping individuals with their routines, activities and independence while providing reassurance and emotional support.

You’ll also follow individual care plans, support positive behaviour and work closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the people we support receive consistent, high-quality care.
