This Mental Health Teaching Assistant role offers invaluable experience working alongside experienced teachers, therapists, psychologists, and SEN professionals within a supportive and therapeutic school environment.

As a Mental Health Teaching Assistant, you will provide tailored support to children throughout the school day, helping them regulate their emotions, build resilience, and develop confidence. You will work closely with children on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, implement strategies to support positive behaviour, encourage engagement in learning, and help children develop communication, independence, and social skills.
