As a mentor, you'll provide a safe and supportive relationship that can have a lifelong impact. It's about being a consistent role model, sharing life experiences, and helping children build confidence, resilience, and hope for the future.

Location: Bournemouth
Position: 1:1 Mentoring
Start date: ASAP
End date: Ongoing
Full time/part-time: Full time (5 days a week)
Minimum rate of pay: £20 - £25 per hourExperience, Training and Qualifications needed:
A genuine interest in working with children and young people
Patience, empathy, and good listening skills
Reliability and consistency (able to commit time regularly)
Worked with young people for a minimum of 6 months.To be eligible for this role, you must:
Hold the right to work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child-related referencesBefore You Apply
