Mentor – ASAP Start – Ilford – Alternative Provision/SEMH School – From £95–£130/day DOE

The Role – Mentor
A specialist Alternative Provision in Ilford is seeking a dedicated Mentor to support students across KS3 and KS4. You’ll work 1:1 and in small groups, helping pupils re-engage with education, develop social skills, and manage behaviour. The role involves being a positive role model, encouraging students to set goals, and supporting their academic and personal development. Previous experience working with SEMH pupils or in a youth work/mentoring setting is highly desirable.
