MEP CAD & Revit Technician 
 Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance & Travel Covered 
 Location: Aldgate, East London| Full time Office-based 
 
 A leading M & E contractor, known for delivering high-quality solutions across commercial, data centres, and hospitality sectors, is seeking an experienced MEP CAD & Revit Technician to join their growing team. With a reputation for excellence in the design, installation, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, this company handles projects ranging from £1 million to over £100 million, delivering bespoke solutions across the UK and Europe.

 The Role: 
 This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MEP CAD & Revit Technician to step into a leadership role, managing a team of 4 technicians. You will work closely with the hiring manager, acting as their right-hand person and playing a crucial part in the delivery of complex projects, including data centres, commercial developments, and hotels. The successful candidate will oversee the technical delivery at Stage 4-5 and will be a key figure in driving both project and team success.

 Candidate Profile: 
 * 7-8 years of experience in MEP design, with expertise in Stage 4-5 
 * Proven experience working with a contractor group 
 * Managerial or mentorship experience, ideally managing small teams 
 * Proficient in CAD and Revit, with strong technical knowledge 
 * Experience in commercial, data centres, and hotel projects 
 * Strong coordination, communication, and leadership skills 
 * Willingness to step into a strategic leadership role as the hiring manager's number 2
