MEP Cost Manager – Data Centre Projects – Amsterdam, Netherlands
€85,000 – €100,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + living allowance
EU passport or right to work in the Netherlands required – immediate start preferred
international consultancy, supporting high-profile data centre projects with opportunities to work across commercial, life sciences, and industrial sectors as the business continues to grow across Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering cutting-edge mission-critical projects while working in a collaborative, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the commercial and contractual performance of MEP packages on major data centre projects.
* Deliver value-for-money solutions, ensuring compliance with commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
* Provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, and post-contract services.
* Support the team with environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
* Mentor and manage junior team members to foster a high-performing team environment.
Requirements:
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
* MRICS accreditation (or working towards it).
* Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management within the construction industry.
* Previous data centre project experience is highly desirable.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on client delivery.
* Prior experience with a consultancy, contractor, or client-side organisation.
* Ability to work in Amsterdam – EU passport or existing right to work required.
