Job Description

Summary 
We’re seeking an experienced MEP Lead to take responsibility for the delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a major construction development. 
This is a senior leadership role, ideal for a highly organised professional with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in managing the full MEP scope across complex projects. If you thrive on driving quality, safety, and performance in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity.

 Client Overview
Our client is a well-established construction organisation with a strong track record of delivering technically challenging, large-scale projects to the highest standards of safety and quality.

 Responsibilities
Oversee the full mechanical and electrical scope across the project lifecycle
Lead all MEP activities to meet programme, quality, safety, and commercial targets
Monitor compliance with design specifications, technical standards, and regulations
Work closely with design teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
Drive performance and continuous improvement across all MEP operations
Conduct regular site reviews and progress reporting to maintain alignment with objectivesMust-have Requirements
Relevant third-level degree in Electrical Engineering or an Electrical Trade Qualification
Minimum 10 years’ post-qualification experience
Proven track record managing large-scale projects as Senior Project Manager or similar
Preferably experience gained with a main building contractor
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
