MEP Manager (Electrically)
Location: Staines upon Thames
Start Date: August 2025
An ambitious and forward-thinking Electrically Biased MEP Manager is required to join an established and growing infrastructure team on a major Project.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all elements of MEP packages, from design to delivery into service,
*
Oversee both temporary and permanent installations.
*
Ensure full compliance with pre-contract, contract governance, mobilisation, construction, delivery, and handover requirements.
*
Lead and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring quality, safety, and programme adherence.
*
Promote collaboration across stakeholders and the supply chain.
*
Establish and maintain site organisation, facilitating effective communication with all project representatives.
*
Lead programme and production control, reporting on progress and proactively identifying risks to programme delivery.
*
Review design information to ensure buildability and commissionability.
*
Conduct weekly health and safety tours, ensuring robust method statements and risk assessments are approved prior to works.
*
Drive quality standards, ensuring snag-free handovers and timely completion of all works.
About You
*
Degree qualified in Engineering (or HND level in Building Services) and ideally a member of a professional body.
*
Experienced in high-risk, mission-critical, or logistically challenging environments (rail, aviation, etc.).
*
Previous hands-on construction experience (e.g., apprenticeship or similar background).
*
Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make independent decisions.
*
Organised, proactive, and adaptable to changing project needs.
*
Collaborative and capable of building strong relationships with clients, delivery partners, and third parties.
