Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Manager to oversee the mechanical, electrical, and public health works on a large high-rise construction project in Poole. This is a freelance position for approximately six months, leading the project through to successful completion and handover.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all MEP subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance.
*
Oversee commissioning activities, ensuring works are completed to industry standards.
*
Prepare and coordinate O&M manuals in line with project requirements.
*
Drive completion of all works through to practical completion and client handover.
*
Liaise with the main contractor, consultants, and client representatives.
*
Monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain project documentation.
Requirements
*
Proven track record as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects.
*
Strong knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning processes, and quality standards.
*
Excellent coordination and communication skills.
*
Ability to work independently and deliver to tight deadlines.
*
SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and relevant trade/engineering qualifications preferredBefore You Apply
