The Opportunity

Travis Talent are working with a leading building services contractor who are expanding their delivery team.

They are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee HVAC, pipework, and mechanical installations across a range of live projects.

Key Responsibilities

  * Lead mechanical delivery on projects from start to finish

  * Manage site teams and subcontractors

  * Oversee procurement and project programmes

  * Ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met

  * Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

About You

  * Mechanical Project Management experience within MEP/building services

  * Strong knowledge of HVAC and mechanical systems

  * Commercially aware with budgeting experience

  * Proactive and solutions-focused
