Job Title: MEP QA Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 +25 Days Annual Leave +Healthcare, Pension + bonus (Permanent, with Travel Paid)

We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a major MEP contractor for an experienced MEP QA Manager to join a landmark commercial project based in Central London. The MEP package value is approximately £45 million, with a lengthy project duration offering long-term stability and progression for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering a high-profile scheme with one of the industry's most respected contractors, known for their quality delivery across sectors such as commercial, healthcare, residential, and education.
The Role: As MEP QA Manager, you will:
Develop and manage the Project Quality Plan in line with ISO 9001
Oversee QA processes across the site, ensuring full compliance with company and regulatory standards
Lead internal audits and manage third-party audit activity
Work closely with engineering, delivery, and commissioning teams to embed a culture of quality
Report on QA performance and drive continual improvement across all MEP phases
Provide mentoring and support to site-based QA reps and project engineers
Act as the QA lead across the lifecycle of the project, from pre-con to handoverRequirements:
Demonstrable experience as a QA Manager or Senior QA Engineer within the MEP/building services sector
Strong understanding of quality management systems, particularly ISO 9001
Previous experience working on large-scale commercial projects (ideally £20m+ MEP)
Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND in Building Services, Engineering, or related field)
Ability and willingness to travel across sites when requiredWhat’s On Offer:
