MEP Quantity Surveyor
Location: London (1 Day Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + Guaranteed Bonus, Travel Expenses, Private Healthcare, and More
We’re partnering with a well-established, medium-sized MEP contractor that truly values its people — offering extensive training, clear progression pathways, and exposure to some of the most exciting projects across London. What’s on offer:
Lead role on a £5m residential project in Central London, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from pre-construction through to final accounts
Direct reporting line to the Commercial Manager and Commercial Director
Close collaboration with main contractors, many of whom have longstanding partnerships with the business
A proven track record of career progression and structured development plansPackage includes:
Basic salary of £70,000 – £80,000
