MEP Resident Engineer - Data Centre Project (North Acton)
📍 Location: North Acton, London
📅 Contract Length: 18 months
🕐 Working Pattern: 5 days/week on-site
🚀 Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks preferred
We are urgently seeking an experienced MEP Resident Engineer with an electrical bias to join a high-profile Data Centre project in North Acton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a technically complex and fast-paced build.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee full MEP delivery on-site
Manage and coordinate technical design and installation
Liaise with design teams and contractors to ensure quality and compliance
Provide expert input on electrical systems and integration
Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and reporting
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong electrical engineering background
Proven design management experience
Previous experience as a Resident Engineer on major projects
Ability to work full-time on-site in North Acton
