Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are currently seeking a skilled MET Technician to join a busy, professional Accident Repair Centre in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering high standards of vehicle repair and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Carry out mechanical, electrical and trim (MET) work efficiently and to manufacturer standards.
* Strip and refit vehicles to the highest standards, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of repairs.
* Conduct diagnostic checks, fault finding and repair work using the latest equipment and technology.
* Follow all health, safety, and compliance guidelines.
Experience
* Proven experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair environment.
* ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification (desirable but not essential).
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering first-class repairs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
