Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are looking for an experienced MET Technician to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Newbury. This is a great opportunity to work with a professional, forward-thinking business that offers excellent earning potential, modern facilities, and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strip and refit vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensure all work is completed safely and to the highest standard
* Liaise effectively with the workshop and bodyshop teams to maintain workflow
* Complete all documentation accurately and on time
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge
* ATA qualification preferred but not essential
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence
