Job Description
Kolt Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced MET Technician to join a leading Accident Repair Centre based in Aylesbury. This is an excellent opportunity to join a professional, forward-thinking business that offers stability, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strip and refit vehicles to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
* Work closely with the workshop and bodyshop teams to ensure smooth workflow
* Maintain accurate documentation and repair records
Requirements:
* Previous experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
* Strong mechanical and electrical skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* ATA or IMI qualifications preferred but not essential
* Full UK driving licence
