Job Description

Our client, a reputable and well-established bodyshop in Hinckley, is seeking a talented ATA MET Technician to join their busy workshop. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician looking for a stable, full-time position with excellent earning potential and a professional working environment.

Monday to Friday working hours, no weekends

Paid annual leave and statutory benefitsDuties as a MET Technician:

Carrying out strip and fit (MET) work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
Removing and refitting mechanical, electrical, and trim components as a MET Technician
Identifying and reporting additional damage or required repairs
Working efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
Ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
Assisting team members as required to meet workshop targetsRequirements:

Previous experience as an MET Technician or Strip & Fit Technician
ATA accreditation is preferred but not essential
Strong mechanical and electrical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
High attention to detail and quality workmanship
Good organisational skills and reliability
