 Our client, a reputable and well-established dealership group, is seeking an experienced MET Technician to join their busy workshop in Pulborough. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to develop their career within a modern, fully equipped environment that specialises in Citroën, Peugeot, Stellantis, and Kia vehicles. The successful MET Technician will work on a variety of insurance and dealer repairs, with scope for growth and professional development.

Overtime available at a flat rate per hour

Carry out mechanical repairs and vehicle maintenance on a wide range of vehicles
Work efficiently to meet productivity targets and qualify for bonuses (aiming for 130%+ efficiency)
Assist with vehicle stripping, fitting, electrical repairs, and diagnostics
Use ramps, specialised tools, and modern equipment to complete repairs to manufacturer standards
Ensure all work is completed safely, accurately, and within industry standards
Maintain high levels of workshop safety, cleanliness, and quality control
Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfactionRequirements:

Relevant industry certifications such as NVQ, ATA, or equivalent
Proven experience as a MET Technician, with exposure to vehicles like Citroën, Peugeot, Stellantis, or Kia preferred
Ability to perform electrical, mechanical, and bodywork repairs
Consistently meet productivity targets and work effectively under pressure
Willingness to start early (6-7 am) if required
Reliable, proactive, and able to work well within a team
Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and commitment to quality
