Motor Vehicle MET Technician
Location: Newbury
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 or 45 hours per week (flexible contract options)

* Competitive salary: Basic £50,000 per annum (approx. £960 to £1,000 per week) plus bonus potential up to £60,000 OTE+
* Flexible working hours: Choose between 40 or 45 hours per week contracts
* Overtime opportunities: Paid at 1.25x weekdays and 1.5x weekends, with 1 in 3 Saturdays 8am–12pm paid as overtime

About the role:
* Dismantle and reassemble vehicles following prescribed methods
* Ensure professional, quality stripping and rebuilding of vehicles
* Complete jobs within estimated times whilst adhering to health & safety standards
* Conduct final quality checks to meet company standards
Requirements:
* Previous experience in vehicle stripping, refurbishing, and fitting
* ATA or NVQ Level 3 qualification preferred
* Full Driving Licence and own tools essential
* Enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to delivering excellent repair services
