🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:
* Welding with surgical precision: TIG weld stainless steel to tight tolerances and top-tier finish.
* Sheet metal mastery: Operate fabrication machinery like blasting units and brake presses.
* Quality comes first: Run visual and dimensional checks to ensure flawless output.
* Keep it safe, keep it clean: Maintain a sharp, safe workspace.
* Get hands-on at the client level: Support installations and bring your craftsmanship to life on site.
👀 What We’re Looking For:
* TIG welding expertise (MIG skills? Even better.)
* Stainless steel fabrication experience—bonus points if it’s in food or pharma
* Confidence with fabrication tools and tech (blasting, brake press, etc.)
* Can read and work from AutoCAD or SolidWorks drawings
* Strong communicator and reliable team player
* Comfortable with occasional travel to client sites
