Are you a skilled operator in Plating, Powder Coating, or Finishing…ready to step up and lead? We're hiring a Metal Finisher Supervisor to manage a small team, oversee production, and maintain quality across various base and precision metals.

What You'll Do:
Lead day-to-day plating and finishing operations
Maintain and operate equipment on the plating line
Safely handle chemicals and maintain process baths
Ensure quality control and inspect for defects
Keep the finishing area clean, safe, and efficient
Support preventative maintenance
Motivate and guide your team to hit quality and production targetsWhat You'll Bring:
Strong experience in plating, coating, or finishing
Proven team leadership in a manufacturing setting
Great organisation and multitasking skills
A hands-on approach with a keen eye for quality
Solid understanding of HSE and process compliance
