Calor are looking to recruit a metered customer advisor to join their busy metered supply team in Warwick. Able to work as a team member, you will have a flexible and adaptable approach and will demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills. With the ability to use your initiative and analyse problems you will have good attention to detail.
Key responsibilities will include:
To provide excellent, professional customer management, service and administration. This includes inbound and outbound telephone contact and communication by email and other electronic channels.
Ownership and resolution of customer queries and enquiries.
Liaising with other parts of the business in order to resolve customer queries.
Working in a busy and dynamic environment.
As such we would like you to:
Be educated to 5 GCSEs A-C including English and Maths.
Computer literate (user).
Have a background in customer service, preferably with sales ledger experience.
Be able to demonstrate customer focus and be tenacious in the pursuit of amicable resolution of customer queries.
Always looking to provide the best experience for our customers.
Be able to work as a team member, have a flexible and adaptable approach and demonstrate excellent organisational and administrative skills.
Have the ability to use your initiative and analyse problems.
Have great attention to detail.
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner and a positive 'can do' attitude.
Have the ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
