The Lead Fibre Engineer / MEWP Operator will support the Customer Premise Department. This team focuses on single dwelling fibre installations across London, Surrey, and surrounding areas.

What will this role be getting up to?
Working in a team of two, with a reporting Junior Engineer
Completing circa 5 installs per day as a team
Communicating with customers
Climbing Poles
Dropping Leads
Splicing
Training & Coaching Junior Engineer
Signing off the installations
Ensuring quality of all installations
System Updates
Completing a full FTTH install
Funded training courses to gain those important accreditations
Job Requirements:
Field based, reporting to our Rooks Nest Office, Godstone
Flexible working environment, enhancing work-life balance
Must have IPAF, SA001, SA008
