Job Description
Are you a passionate and dedicated MFL (Modern Foreign Languages) Teacher seeking a rewarding long-term role from September? ABC Teachers are looking for an experienced and motivated Secondary MFL Supply Teacher to join a vibrant and forward-thinking secondary school in Stoke-on-Trent.
About the role
We are working with a range of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools, each seeking a skilled French and/or Spanish teacher to inspire and engage students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Whether you're an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or have several years of experience, we'd love to hear from you.
Key responsibilities:
Long-term supply positions starting September 2025
Full-time and part-time roles with planning, teaching and assessment responsibilities
Delivering high-quality French and/or Spanish lessons
Creating inclusive, engaging classroom environments
Opportunities to teach KS3 and KS4, depending on experience

Requirements
To be considered for the role of MFL Teacher - Available for September you will:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
Specialism in Modern Foreign Languages – French, Spanish or German
Strong classroom management and communication skills
Available for full-time, long-term work from September
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK
