MFL Teacher (French/German Specialist) Location: Secondary School in Beaminster Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: September 2025 Salary: MPS/UPS (dependent on experience) Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a well-regarded secondary school in Beaminster, to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated Modern Foreign Languages (MFL) teacher for a September 2025 start. This is a fantastic opportunity for a French and/or German specialist to join a forward-thinking and supportive school community that places language learning at the heart of its curriculum. The school is passionate about fostering a love of languages and developing confident, culturally aware learners. About the Role: The successful candidate will be expected to teach French and/or German across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons. The role is suitable for experienced teachers as well as early career teachers (ECTs) with a strong subject knowledge and a commitment to professional growth. Key Responsibilities: Deliver dynamic and inspiring MFL lessons that promote a love of language learning Support students in achieving their full potential through effective teaching and assessment Contribute to the wider life of the school and the MFL department Collaborate with colleagues to plan schemes of work and share best practice The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) Specialism in French and/or German A strong commitment to inclusive and imaginative teaching Excellent communication and organisational skills A genuine passion for languages and the ability to inspire young learners Why Teaching Personnel?
