Are you a qualified Modern Foreign Language Teacher (MFL Teacher) seeking a permanent role as soon as possible?
Are you looking for an opportunity to not only educate and motivate students but to also grow within your role?

A Secondary school situated in Harrow are looking to appoint a new MFL Teacher to cover a maternity position on a fixed term contract. Ideally, they would like the applicant to have experience in teaching Spanish or French but other languages may be considered.
Applications are welcome from both NQTs and experienced MFL Teachers.

Responsibilities of the role include:
* Adhering to the school's policies and procedures
* Providing pupils with necessary feedback and encouraging using different techniques to enable them to grasp languages quicker
* Assisting in the department with preparing resources and arranging trips to support studies
* Meeting with pupils' parents/carers to discuss their academic progress at parents' evenings or any ECHP plans.
Requirements of the candidate:
* A QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
* Strong behaviour management skills
* An enhanced DBS that is on the update service or willing to apply a new DBS.
* Strong ability in planning and preparing your own lesson in accordance with the curriculum.
* To speak a minimum of 2 languages e.g., Spanish, French, Italian.
