Location: Crosspoint Business Park, Coventry, CV2 2TA
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: £15.31-£22.96 per hour
Working hours available : 6am-2pm/ 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6am / rotation 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm or 6am-2pm and 11am-7pm?
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious MHE Driver to join our warehouse team. You will be responsible for the safe operation of Material Handling Equipment (such as forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet trucks to support a range of warehouse activities.
In addition to equipment operation, you will also assist with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, sorting, and stock movement, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, or pallet trucks safely in line with company and legal standards
Load and unload vehicles, containers, and pallets
Move, stack, and organize goods within the warehouse
Assist with picking, packing, sorting, and general stock handling tasks
Perform routine safety checks on equipment and report any issues
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment
Follow health & safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvementRequirements:
Valid and up-to-date MHE license/certification (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach Truck, PPT)
Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
Ability to perform manual handling tasks and operate in a fast-paced setting
Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
Flexible, team-oriented, and reliableWhat We Offer:
