Your Future Starts Here PURPOSE OF JOB: To ensure a high level of knowledge, efficiency, and accuracy is delivered to Bytes' internal staff, customers, and resellers regarding the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) programme. This role is key to maintaining the trust and reputation Bytes has built as a leading Microsoft CSP partner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Own specific operational areas of the Microsoft CSP programme, adapting as business needs evolve * Generate regular reports to support business development * Support onboarding and training of new team members * Provide timely internal and external support via phone, MS Teams, and ticketing systems * Resolve queries using a strong understanding of CSP programme operations and related systems (e.g. Bytes’ Cloud Dashboard, Portal, SmartInfo, Microsoft Partner Centre) * Identify and escalate areas needing additional support * Collaborate with the CSP Operations Manager to improve internal processes and workflows QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: Essential: * GCSEs (Grade 5 or higher in Maths and English) * Strong customer-facing communication skills * Aptitude for data analysis * Advanced Excel proficiency * Excellent verbal and written communication * High attention to detail and accuracy * Strong time management and ability to multitask Desirable: * 1–3 years’ experience in a similar operational or customer support role
