A Microsoft Teams Architect (Microsoft Teams Phone, SIP, SBC, AudioCodes, Ribbon) is required by a fast-growing Microsoft Gold Partner that’s delivering cutting-edge Teams Voice solutions and building out its own Teams-based voice product. This is a strategic role with real technical ownership and a direct path into product leadership.
You must have:
Strong experience designing and delivering Microsoft Teams Phone solutions
Deep understanding of Voice technologies – SIP, SBCs, and telephony integration
Hands-on expertise with Ribbon and/or AudioCodes
Knowledge of the Microsoft Teams product lifecycle or product management concepts
Experience working in a consulting or customer-facing delivery roleThis is a step-up role for someone who’s confident in their technical ability and wants more say in solution direction and product architecture. You’ll work closely with the product team, take ownership of solution design, and lead or support deployments and migrations across Microsoft Teams Phone and voice integrations.
Day to day, you’ll engage directly with customers to design, architect, and deliver Teams-based voice solutions. You’ll contribute to the roadmap of a proprietary Teams Voice product and play a key role in its ongoing evolution.
