Job Description
Bachelor's degree in engineering, logistics, business, or related field.
5+ years in warehouse operations leadership (preferably automated environments).
2+ years in consulting or internal project support.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and facilitation skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Willingness to travel 50-60%+ annually.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industrial engineering experience in complex distribution environments.
Relevant supply chain certifications (CPIM, CIRM, etc.).
Familiarity with robotic systems and advanced warehouse automation.
