Are you a Mid?Weight Designer ready to make your mark with a well?known online gambling brand?
BENEFITS: £40,000–£45,000 salary plus up to 10% annual performance bonus, 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (and extra days with service), private health and life insurance, company pension, and regular team socials. Hybrid working – 3 days a week in London.
We’re looking for a Mid?Weight Designer with a strong digital background to join a busy in?house team, delivering standout creative campaigns for a leading name in the online gambling space. This is a chance to work in a fast?paced environment where your ideas will be seen by millions of players worldwide, across multiple international markets.
You’ll be hands?on designing and building digital marketing assets – from animated banners and social content to web pages and printed materials. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow creatives, copywriters, and marketing specialists, helping shape bold visual concepts and bringing them to life across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop original concepts and deliver high?quality design work across digital and print.
Produce animated and static banners, web assets, landing pages and after?effects animations for social channels.
Support on OOH and branded merchandise projects when needed.
Work alongside marketing and project teams, keeping deadlines and brand standards front of mind.
Update workflows through project management tools and communicate progress clearly.
Explore new ideas, experimenting with 3D and AI tools to push creative boundaries.
Skills and Experience:
4–5 years’ experience in a fast?paced design studio or agency environment.
Confident with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, XD).
Experience with Bannerflow or Creatopy and a good understanding of UX/UI principles.
Familiarity with Figma and project management software (e.g. ClickUp).
Basic 3D skills in Blender or similar are a real bonus, as is experience with AI?assisted ideation.
A portfolio that shows a wide range of digital and animation work.
