About the RoleYou will be part of a design team that is an industry leader in designing educational spaces. You will be working closely with the Senior Interior Designer across all stages of the design process — from the initial concept stage to design development, production of full technical drawing packs & schedules, to on-site design support. You will be working on multiple projects, so time management skills are important, as is the ability to liaise with clients, external consultants and internal departments. You will have the support of the Senior Interior Designer to ensure the successful execution of individual projects, while contributing to the overall success and development of the department. This role involves not only delivering creative, solution-oriented interior designs for educational environments but also optimising design processes and ensuring high standards of quality across all outputs. You will have the opportunity to grow within the team and to contribute to the dynamic culture of the company.
Key Role Responsibilities:
Develop space planning and layout solutions tailored to educational environments.
Create detailed 3D models and compelling visual presentations.
Select appropriate materials, finishes, and furniture to enhance project outcomes.
Develop concept boards and presentations to communicate design visions effectively.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation for installation.
Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to continually enhance design quality.
Standardise processes, tools, and methodologies to improve team performance and design outcomes.
Attend client meetings and presentations

Requirements
Essential Requirements: Degree in Interior Design or related field
Desirable Requirements: Additional certifications in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, Enscape)
