Job Title: Midday Assistant - Term Time Only
Location: Wirral
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1.5 hours per day (Term Time Only)
Contract Type: Part-Time, Permanent
Start Date: As soon as possible
Are you looking for a rewarding part-time role during school hours? We're seeking a reliable and proactive Midday Assistant to join our team and help supervise students during lunchtime, ensuring a safe, orderly, and friendly environment throughout the school grounds.

Main Purpose of the Role:
Supervise and ensure the safety and wellbeing of students during lunch breaks
Monitor behaviour and reinforce school behaviour policies in indoor and outdoor areas
Support a calm, respectful, and clean lunchtime environmentKey Responsibilities:
Supervise students in dining areas, corridors, and outside in the school yard
Maintain discipline and ensure orderly queuing and behaviour while eating
Encourage students to dispose of litter appropriately
Pick up litter to maintain a tidy and safe site
Report any incidents or concerns to teaching staff promptly
Support the school's policies on behaviour, health & safety, and safeguardingWhat We're Looking For:
