Midday Supervisor – Part Time, Fixed Term (1 Year)
Milton Keynes
Salary: NJC Grade A1, FTE £24,404 (pro‑rata)
Hours: 11:15am–12:15pm, Monday to Friday (6.25 hours/week), term time only
Start date: September 2025 – 1 year fixed term
The School and Role
A nurturing primary school and nursery in Milton Keynes is seeking a caring and dependable Midday Supervisor (Nursery Focus) for a fixed-term role beginning in September 2025. You will support youngest learners during lunchtime, assisting with mealtimes, promoting good table manners and hygiene, and facilitating calm and engaging play. This role is essential in creating a positive, safe, and structured midday experience.
Requirements
Proven experience working with nursery-aged children—you will only be considered if you meet this requirement
A warm, patient, and approachable manner
Ability to promote safe, inclusive play and maintain clear routines
Strong teamwork and initiative, with excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply
Commitment to safeguarding and nursery welfare standards
