Mid-Weight Interior Designer
Location: Holborn, London
Salary: £40,000 – £48,000 depending on experience

This opportunity would be ideal for a Mid-Weight Interior Designer with 3+ years' experience in the hospitality and F&B design sector, confident using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite, and ready to take ownership of design packages with the support of senior colleagues.

Office: Holborn, Central London
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duties:
Assist with the creation and development of concept designs under senior guidance
Produce design presentations and mood boards using InDesign for internal and client reviews
Communicate ideas visually through sketches, diagrams, and 3D SketchUp block models
Prepare detailed drawing packages in AutoCAD, with oversight from senior designers
Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to support smooth project delivery
Manage assigned project zones or stages, taking full responsibility for their execution
Attend site visits, joinery reviews, and snagging walkthroughs with supervision
Support FF&E selections and ensure finishes align with overall design concepts
Take project meeting minutes and contribute to reporting documentation
Mentor and support junior designers as needed on day-to-day tasks[i]
Requirements:
3 years’ professional experience in interior design, ideally in hospitality and F&B
Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
Effective communicator, both visually and verbally, with a collaborative mindset
Able to manage time and tasks efficiently within a team environment
Enthusiastic about design excellence and contributing to studio culture
