MIG Fabricator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £14.00 – £16.00 per hour (DOE)
Job Type: Permanent
⏰ Hours: 37.5 per week
Working Pattern:
Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
Friday: 08:00 – 13:30 (Early finish!)
The Opportunity
We’re working closely with a leading aerospace manufacturer based in Redditch who are looking for an experienced MIG Fabricator to join their growing team.
This is a permanent role within a well-established business that prides itself on precision engineering, high-quality products, and providing excellent career opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing
As a MIG Fabricator, you’ll be responsible for:
Performing MIG welding to a high standard across various metals.
Fabricating components and structures from engineering drawings.
Accurately reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
Using a range of hand tools, fabrication equipment, and measuring instruments.
Ensuring all products meet strict aerospace quality standards.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organised working environment.
What We’re Looking For ✅
Proven experience as a MIG Fabricator/Welder.
Strong ability to read and work from technical drawings.
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
