Job Opportunity: MIG Fabricator – Temp to Perm
Location: Smethwick / North Birmingham
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (with overtime available)
Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
About the Role
Are you an experienced MIG Fabricator looking for your next opportunity? We’re offering an immediate start in a role that offers long-term stability and career progression.
You’ll be working on a variety of projects, fabricating high-quality components from engineering drawings. Experience with TIG or ARC welding is a bonus, but not essential.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG fabrication and welding to a high standard
Work confidently from engineering and technical drawings
Assemble and fabricate components to meet project specs
Support with TIG/ARC welding when required
Work independently and as part of a skilled team
Maintain all health & safety practices
Candidate Requirements
2+ years’ MIG welding and fabrication experience
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
TIG & ARC welding knowledge (desirable)
Reliable, punctual, and proactive team player
Based locally to Smethwick / North Birmingham
No formal qualifications needed
