We are seeking a skilled and dependable MIG/TIG Welder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and welding metal components according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality workmanship, and adherence to all safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, cleaning, and fitting components prior to welding.
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and structural standards.
Repair or modify existing metal structures and components as needed.
Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.
Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and quality objectives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience as a MIG/TIG Welder in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong knowledge of welding techniques, materials, and safety practices.
Experience using measuring tools such as tape measures, calipers, and squares.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Welding certifications are preferred but not required.
Skills
Proficiency in MIG and TIG welding.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Ability to wear required PPE, including welding helmets, gloves, safety glasses, and protective clothing.
