Job Summary
My Redditch client is seeking a skilled MIG and TIG Welder to join their team. The ideal candidate will be experienced welding mild steel and Aluminium, using Jigs and fixtures.
Responsibilities
* Experience welding mild steel and Aluminium, using Jigs and fixtures.
* Read and understand quality standards, ensuring quality standards are met.
* Legibly and accurately record activities on required documentation.
* Properly and safety use all tools/machinery necessary to run each job.
* Read and understand works orders.
* Help train any or all responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as a MIG and TIG Welder, working on mild steel and aluminium.
* Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
* Help train in any or all responsibilities.
* Weld test required.
Hours
* Monday - Thursday
* 39 hours between 6am-5:15pm.
* £13.00ph-£15.00
* Temp to Perm.
