We are currently recruiting for a MIG Welder/Fabricator based in Sandy for one of our clients on a full-time temporary basis.
Summary of the MIG Welder/Fabricator role
Salary: £14 per hour
Location: Sandy
Type of Contract: Temporary ongoing until Feb 2025
Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 5:30pm, Friday 7:30am - 12:00pm
Responsibilities of the MIG Welder/Fabricator
Welding box sections and flat steel for the manufacture of staircases and handrails.
Production of batch and one-off items.
JIG work.
Use of electric hand tools.
Requirements for a successful MIG Welder/Fabricator
Previous experience with MIG welding essential.
Previous experience with steel staircases and balustrades - desirable.
Experienced and confident in using electric hand tools.
Driving licence and access to own vehicle due to location.
