Salary: Competitive rates + night shift allowance + overtime (Circa 40K or £20 per hour)

Key Skills / Experience:
We are looking for:
• Experienced MIG welders with a solid fabrication background
• Semi-skilled welders looking to further develop their skills
• Individuals with a keen interest in welding, open to training
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
• The ability to read technical drawings (training provided if needed)
• A team-oriented approach and the drive to meet production targets
What You'll Be Doing:
As part of the fabrication and welding team, you will:
• Carry out MIG welding and fabrication using steel, stainless steel, and aluminium
• Interpret technical drawings and work to production specifications
• Meet daily and weekly production targets while ensuring accuracy and quality
• Maintain your welding equipment and PPE, including air-fed welding helmets
• Operate in line with all company Health & Safety standards
