We're Hiring: MIG Welder
Location: Kirkby in Ashfield
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour (PAYE)
Shifts Available:
* Mon–Fri: 07:00 – 15:30 (early Friday finish at 14:30)
* OR Mon–Fri: 07:30 – 16:00

Are you a talented MIG welder who takes pride in precision, quality, and getting the job done right? We’re on the lookout for an experienced MIG Welder to join our client’s growing team, assembling high-quality conveyor components in a safe, supportive environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Performing top-tier MIG welds on steel, stainless steel and aluminum
* Assembling conveyor parts to exact specifications
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
* Ensuring all welds meet industry and safety standards
* Maintaining a clean, well-organised work area and equipment
* Collaborating with a skilled team of fabricators, engineers, and supervisors
* Carrying out cutting, drilling, and general assembly work
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in MIG welding (essential)
* TIG welding experience? Nice bonus – but not essential
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
* A sharp eye for detail and commitment to high standards
* Welding qualifications are desired but not essential
* Strong work ethic and a real team-player attitude
