Job Description
MIG Welder – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced MIG Welders to join our clients growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in welding and metal fabrication, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and safety. You’ll be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and repairing metal components using MIG welding techniques, working from technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
* Carry out MIG welding on a variety of metal components
* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
* Set up welding equipment, tools, and materials for each job
* Inspect and test welds to ensure accuracy, strength, and quality
* Operate grinders, torches, and other metal fabrication tools
* Maintain equipment and report any faults or malfunctions
* Follow company safety procedures and industry regulations
* Work independently or as part of a team to meet production targets
* Support fabrication, assembly, and repair of metal structures and products
Shifts Available:
* 6:00 am – 2:00 pm
* 7:00 am – 3:00 pm
* 8:00 am – 4:00 pm
What We Offer:
* Hourly rate: £13.00 – £15.00 (depending on experience)
* Full PPE provided (excluding safety boots)
* Weld test required prior to start
* Consistent working hours and a supportive team environment
