SWIFT Temps Ltd Industrial Recruitment Division are currently recruiting for a Milk and Juice Pasteurising Operator (Processing) – Full-time permanent position based in Grassington.
About the Role
We are seeking a Milk and Juice Pasteurising Operator to join our client’s production team in Grassington. This role is physically demanding and involves working in a processing environment where precision and attention to detail are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate pasteurising equipment for milk and juice products
* Mix formulations accurately using recipes and measurements
* Roll barrels, lift pipes, and carry out other physical tasks
* Climb ladders and move heavy materials as required
* Maintain high hygiene and safety standards at all times
* Complete accurate records and follow written procedures
Requirements
* Must be physically fit – heavy lifting and climbing required
* GCSE Maths essential (for measuring and mixing formulations)
* Fluent in written and verbal English
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ideally have experience in dairy, brewery, or pasteurising operations (but full training will be provided for the right candidate)
Hours & Pay
* £16.06 per hour
* 4–5 days per week
* Working days between Monday and Saturday – flexibility required as shift patterns may vary
* Permanent, full-time position
