Multistaff Recruitment are working with our customer in Cheltenham in the supply of full time drivers for their milk rounds.

With a competitive salary plus the potential to earn up to £5,800 extra per year in commission, this role is perfect for someone who enjoys building strong customer relationships and working independently.
Summary
Working Shifts: Four nights per week across Monday - Sunday
Hours: 38 hours per week
Start Times: Most rounds commence between (Apply online only) as a guide
Key Duties include:
Deliver dairy and related products to residential customers, ensuring each delivery meets our quality standards.
Operate electronic handheld units to manage orders and invoicing.
Load and unload vehicles with accuracy and care.
Build strong customer relationships, delivering exceptional service and adapting to flexible start times.
Working Hours
4 nights per week, minimum 38 hours, on a “job & finish” basis.
Start times between 2300 and 0200, with flexibility based on round completion times.
Occasional additional shift required (up to 4 extra days per year).
What We're Looking For
A clean UK driving licence and reliable commute for early shift times.
A positive, customer-focused attitude with attention to detail.
Physical fitness for manual handling and working outdoors, even in challenging weather.
Self-motivation and adaptability for varying rounds and flexible shift patterns.
