🔍 Role Overview: Mixing Associate
You'll be responsible for blending raw materials to perfection, ensuring every batch meets the highest standards of quality and safety.
Your day-to-day will include:
⚖️ Weighing and mixing ingredients with precision
🌀 Operating mixing equipment safely and efficiently
🧪 Monitoring and adjusting processes for consistency
🧼 Keeping your workspace spotless and safe
📝 Recording batch data and tracking inventory
🛠️ Assisting with equipment checks and maintenance
✅ What You'll Need:
Experience in manufacturing or production (preferred)
A keen eye for detail and ability to follow instructions
Confidence with weights, measurements, and basic maths
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Forklift experience is a plus (training available)
Physical stamina to lift and stand for long periods
📅 The Details:
Pay: £13.44 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
Contract: 12-month Fixed-Term
Extras: 25 days' holiday (pro rata) + 8 public/bank holidays 🎉
