Job Description
Job Title: Mixing Operator
Location: Flint, Flintshire
An established manufacturing business specialising in plastic and composite components is seeking a Mixing Operator to join their production team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to work in a modern manufacturing environment with a focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Shifts
37 hours per week – Monday to Wednesday (rotating weekly)
Days: 05:50 – 18:10
Nights: 17:50 – 06:10
Key Responsibilities
Operate mixing and blending equipment in accordance with production requirements.
Accurately measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials.
Monitor and adjust the mixing process to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Conduct routine equipment checks and promptly report any maintenance issues.
Experience & Attributes
Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or plastics processing environment is desirable, though full training will be provided.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.
