A welcoming and inclusive specialist primary school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated MLD Teacher to join their team from January 2026. Role Overview
In this role, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to pupils with MLD
Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external agencies
Create a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment
Monitor pupil progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential
Experience teaching pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD) or a range of SEN needs
Strong understanding of strategies supporting communication, literacy, and numeracy development
Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach
Commitment to inclusive, child-centred education
