Job Description

Workshop Recruitment is supporting a well-established employee-owned building services business in the search for a skilled Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer looking for a varied field-based role across London and the surrounding areas. The successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, repairs and servicing across a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on AC systems. Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. Service VRVs, VRFs, splits, multi-splits, AHUs and FCUs. Complete detailed service reports and documentation. Assist with remedial quotations and additional works recommendations. Maintain high health and safety standards at all times. Liaise professionally with customers and site contacts. Support fellow engineers when required across the portfolio. Skills & Knowledge Required Previous experience as a Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer. City & Guilds Refrigeration & Air Conditioning qualification or equivalent. Valid F-Gas certification. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Experience working on commercial HVAC systems. Good communication and customer service skills. Computer literate, including email, Word and Excel. Reliable, organised and self-motivated approach. Benefits Company van and fuel card (with reasonable private use). Bonus scheme following qualifying period.
