Job Description

Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider – South East London – Up to £50,000 per annum + Van & Fuel Card CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider, covering three well-established commercial sites across South East London.

 This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded FM company with a strong reputation for investing in its engineers. You'll work across three modern commercial buildings, carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on a wide range of air conditioning systems. You'll be supported by experienced on-site engineering teams at each location, ensuring a smooth working environment and excellent support when required.

 The company offers a competitive salary of up to £50,000, a company van and fuel card, regular overtime opportunities, ongoing technical training, and genuine long-term career progression.

 Key Duties & Responsibilities
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on a wide range of air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF, split systems, AHUs, and FCUs.

Diagnose faults and carry out repairs to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.

Perform routine inspections, filter changes, coil cleaning, and system testing.

Ensure all work is completed in line with F-Gas regulations and industry standards.

Respond promptly to reactive maintenance calls across the three commercial sites.

Complete maintenance reports and job sheets accurately using the company's systems.

Liaise with clients and on-site engineering teams to ensure high service levels are maintained.

Identify plant improvements and provide recommendations where appropriate.

Package
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Company van & fuel card provided

25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

Overtime available

Requirements
Valid F-Gas Certification.

Relevant NVQ / City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning or Refrigeration.

Proven experience within the HVAC / Building Services or Facilities Management sector.

Strong working knowledge of VRV/VRF systems, split systems, AHUs, FCUs and associated plant.

Full UK Driving Licence.

Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills.

Professional, customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently while managing your own workload effectively.
